These terms govern your use of NovaCredit Consulting services and this website. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We offer credit solutions including:
- Debt review removal
- Judgment removal
- Credit repair and score improvement
- Debt rehabilitation
- Credit coaching
Where matters fall outside our scope (e.g. ongoing debt counselling), we refer you to a registered debt counsellor.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we apply our experience and the correct legal processes, outcomes depend on your individual credit profile, creditors, courts, and credit bureaus. We do not guarantee specific credit-score improvements, timelines, or that every listing can be removed.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply documents we reasonably request
- Pay agreed fees on time
- Avoid taking on new credit during the process unless advised
5. Fees
Fees are agreed in writing before any work starts. Refunds, if any, are governed by your individual service agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share as confidential and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may end the engagement on written notice. Work already performed remains payable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
